• Uses AI-powered matching to create compatible conversation groups
• Facilitates scheduling of virtual meetings
• Allows organizations to manage team member participation

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using our Service, including but not limited to the quality of conversations or the behavior of other users.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post or transmit offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in spam, phishing, or other fraudulent activities
• Collect personal information about other users without consent
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Group Conversations

When participating in group conversations, you agree to:

• Treat other participants with respect and courtesy
• Not record conversations without consent of all participants
• Not share other participants' personal information outside the group
• Provide honest feedback through our rating system
• Attend scheduled conversations or cancel in advance when possible

Users who consistently receive poor ratings or fail to attend scheduled conversations may have their accounts restricted or terminated.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans

Chorvia offers subscription plans for individuals (monthly subscription) and organizations (custom pricing). Details are available on our pricing page.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods
• Your account will be deactivated after the billing period ends

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continuing to use the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

8. Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and trademarks, is owned by Chorvia and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks without written consent
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Results from using the Service

We do not guarantee the behavior or conduct of other users. You interact with other users at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Any conduct by other users

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chorvia and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your content submitted to the Service

12. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@chorvia.com or using the account deletion feature (when available).

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Conduct harmful to other users
• Extended period of inactivity

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

13. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@chorvia.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Updating the “Last Updated” date
• Sending you an email notification for significant changes

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Service and terminate your account.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Chorvia.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
• No Agency: Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, or employment relationship.
