Cancel Subscription

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to cancel your subscription.

Cancellation Process

  1. Log in to your Chorvia account
  2. Go to Settings → Billing
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Select a reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated)
  5. Confirm the cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation

  • You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Your data is retained for 30 days in case you want to return
  • After 30 days, your conversation history is permanently deleted

Important: Cancellation is immediate for free plans. Paid plans remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

Pausing Instead of Cancelling

Consider pausing your account instead of cancelling if you:

  • Need a temporary break
  • Want to keep your data and settings
  • Plan to return in the future

Contact support@chorvia.com to pause your account.

Reactivating Your Account

Changed your mind? You can reactivate within 30 days:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Settings → Billing
  3. Click "Reactivate Subscription"
  4. Update your payment method if needed

For Organization Accounts

Cancelling an organization account will:

  • Immediately stop all member matchings
  • Notify all members via email
  • Require admin authorization
  • Archive all organization data
