Update Payment Method

Keep your payment information current to avoid service interruptions.

Updating Your Card

  1. Log in to your Chorvia account
  2. Click on your profile icon and select "Settings"
  3. Navigate to "Billing" or "Payment Method"
  4. Click "Update Payment Method"
  5. Enter your new card details
  6. Click "Save" to update

Security: All payment information is encrypted and processed through our secure payment partner. We never store your full card number.

Changing to a Different Payment Type

You can switch between different payment methods (credit card, debit card, bank account) from the same billing settings page.

Multiple Cards

You can save multiple payment methods and set one as your default. The default method will be charged for your subscription.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • You'll receive an email notification
  • We'll retry the charge after 3 days
  • After 3 failed attempts, your account may be suspended
  • Update your payment method to avoid service interruption

Billing Address

Make sure your billing address matches the address on file with your card issuer to prevent declined charges.

For Organization Accounts

Only organization administrators can update payment methods. Contact your admin if you need to update billing information.
