Account Recovery
Regain access to your Chorvia account if you're locked out.
Forgot Password
- Go to the Chorvia login page
- Click "Forgot Password"
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for the reset link
- Click the link and create a new password
- Log in with your new password
Note: Password reset links expire after 24 hours. Request a new one if yours has expired.
Can't Access Email
If you no longer have access to your registered email:
- Contact support@chorvia.com
- Provide your name and any account details you remember
- Include proof of identity (for security)
- Our team will help you update your email
Account Locked
Accounts may be temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts. To unlock:
- Wait 30 minutes and try again
- Use the password reset process
- Contact support if still locked after 24 hours
Account Suspended
If your account was suspended due to:
- Payment Issues: Update your payment method in billing settings
- Policy Violations: Contact support to discuss reinstatement
- Inactivity: Log in to reactivate automatically
Reactivating Cancelled Account
You can reactivate a cancelled account within 30 days:
- Log in with your existing credentials
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Reactivate Account"
- Update payment method if needed
After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted and you'll need to create a new account.
Two-Factor Authentication Issues
Lost Access to 2FA Device
- Use one of your backup codes (provided during 2FA setup)
- If no backup codes, contact support with proof of identity
- We'll temporarily disable 2FA so you can log in
- Set up 2FA again with a new device
2FA Code Not Working
- Ensure your device's time is synced correctly
- Wait for a new code to generate
- Try a backup code instead
Organization Account Recovery
If you're locked out of an organization account:
- Contact another admin in your organization
- Have them reset your access or update your email
- If no other admins, contact support with organizational proof
Security Tip: Save your backup codes in a secure location when setting up 2FA. This will make recovery much easier.
